Welcome to Glowrify by Sukooon. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glowrify website (glowrify.com.pk) and the purchase of products from Glowrify. The site is operated by Sukooon Wellness (the “Company”) under the brand name Glowrify by Sukooon. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Company Information and Scope of Service
Glowrify by Sukooon is an organic skincare and beauty brand dedicated to enhancing natural radiance. We offer a range of skincare and beauty products for sale exclusively in Pakistan. We ship and deliver products only within Pakistan and explicitly reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders to any person or region outside Pakistan. In other words, all sales and deliveries are limited to Pakistani customers. Glowrify’s website content – including text, images, logos, product names, and designs – is owned or licensed by Glowrify (Sukooon Wellness) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our protected content without our express permission.
Eligibility
Our services and products are available to individuals of all ages (there are no age restrictions). By using this site or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you have legal capacity under Pakistani law to enter into binding contracts. (Parents and guardians should supervise any minor’s purchases or use of the site.) All users must comply with applicable Pakistani laws and regulations. Glowrify reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service for any user who violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.
Order Process
To place an order, you browse products, add desired items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you must provide accurate personal and shipping information (name, address, phone number, etc.) so we can fulfill your order. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation (via email or SMS) summarizing your purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as orders cannot be changed once submitted.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Glowrify. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example, if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or the order appears fraudulent). If we must cancel your order after it has been placed, we will attempt to notify you and will refund any payment received.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate information for all purchases. Glowrify is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to update any changes to your contact or payment information.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices on the site are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors or omissions may occur. If a product’s listed price is incorrect, Glowrify reserves the right to correct the price or cancel orders if any pricing information is inaccurate.
We offer only one-time purchases (no subscription or recurring billing). The accepted payment methods are Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer. Specifically, we support COD for orders delivered within Pakistan, and we also provide bank transfer details upon request. (For example, our JazzCash Till ID is listed under the name “Sukooon Wellness”.) You must pay for your order in full at the time of delivery (for COD) or via bank transfer as instructed. Any taxes or duties (if applicable) will be indicated at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
All deliveries are made within Pakistan only. We aim to process and ship orders promptly, typically within a few business days, though actual delivery times may vary by location and carrier. Glowrify is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above PKR 1,999. Orders below this amount may incur a shipping fee at checkout.

Delivery Address: We will ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure this address is correct and complete. Glowrify is not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

Returns and Refunds
Glowrify offers a 15-Day No Hassle Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 15 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened or used (provided it is not damaged and is reasonably in original condition). The item must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service immediately at +92 322 7276200. When contacting us, include your order number, the items you wish to return (or indicate a full order return), and the reason for the return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this site – including text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, and software – is the intellectual property of Glowrify (Sukooon Wellness) or its licensors. These materials are protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
