1. What to do if I am not satisfied with my Glowrify purchase?

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or defected product, you can write to us at com and our customer service representative will facilitate you in the best way possible. Please make sure to contact our team within 24 hours after you have received your order. Any complaints made after 24 hours will not be facilitated.
If you experience any difficulty placing an order, please contact us at glowrifybysukooon@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp us at +92-309-4446431. Our lines are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Please note that if you e-mail or WhatsApp us outside working hours, we endeavor to get back to you within 24 hours.
You can place your order by adding products from our website into your cart. Add any discount codes if applicable and checkout. You can use Cash on Delivery or credit/debit card.
Our delivery times nationwide are 3-5 days after your order has been confirmed. Orders within Faisalabad can arrive within 1-2 days after your order has been confirmed.

1. Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are formulated and packaged at our manufacturing facility in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
It is important to correctly store your Glowrify products, under 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Otherwise, each product will last for as long as the specified period specified on its packaging.

Product Queries

1. Do your products contain Parabens?

None of our products contains parabens. All our products are paraben-free, which is mentioned on our packaging. You may also check the ingredients provided on each product page.
Our products do not contain phthalates. For more information regarding our products, check out the product ingredients on our website.
We absolutely love your reviews because they help us maintain and improve the quality of our products. Please write to us at glowrifybysukooon@gmail.com. You can also drop us a review on Google.
If you receive a defected product, please send us an email with photographic evidence of the defected product and picture of the invoice at. Glowrify shall issue a replacement against the product. Furthermore, please note that you can escalate your complaint Support@glowrifybysukooon.com within 1 day after receiving the product.
